Patricia Martinez is a highly experienced HR professional currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Partner for Southern Europe, Turkey, Africa, and Global Support at Hempel A/S since September 2022. With a strong background in talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning, Patricia collaborates with local People Partners to align recruitment efforts with business needs. Previous roles include Business Development at VELTUFF® REAL WORKWEAR, Business Development Manager at Siteimprove, and Senior Key Account Manager at Ascend XYZ, alongside extensive experience in HR consultancy and management positions.
