Roman Pons Ferrer

Roman Pons Ferrer has extensive experience in laboratory roles, currently serving as an R&D Laboratory Technician 2 at Hempel A/S since November 2015. Roman is part of the Cellulosic PFP team and focuses on paint formulation, scale-up, and testing of industrial coatings, as well as developing advanced coating solutions for wind turbine blades. Prior to Hempel A/S, Roman worked at Eurofragance, S.L. as a laboratory supervisor and technician, overseeing internal processes and sample preparation. Previous positions include laboratory technician roles at BASF and Cognis, where skills in product analysis and chemical properties were developed. Roman holds a CFGS in Analysis and Control from Escuela Joan Pelegrí, with studies encompassing instrumental analysis, microbiology, and industrial processes.
