Sharon Deepu

Sharon Deepu, PHRi, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Head of People Partnering for the Middle East and South East Asia at Hempel A/S since July 2011. In this role, Sharon leads a team of People & Culture Business Partners, driving alignment of HR strategies with organizational objectives and enhancing talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives. Prior positions at Hempel include Regional People & Culture Manager and Regional HR Manager for MEE. Previous experience also encompasses roles as a Recruitment Advisor at Intelligent Partners and an HR Enterprise Relations Specialist at Infosys. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and an MBA in Human Resources from IBMR Bangalore, complemented by a Human Resources certification from SHRM and a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Technology from MG University.
