Tab Musser is an experienced educational leader with over 15 years in administrative roles within the Hempfield School District, including current positions as Assistant Superintendent and Director of Student Services. Responsibilities include developing and evaluating student service programs, overseeing personnel matters, and establishing effective budgetary procedures. Prior to these roles, Tab served as Principal of Landisville Middle School and Assistant Principal at Centerville Middle School, focusing on improving scheduling, enhancing staff development, and maintaining a safe learning environment. Tab began a career in education at Cocalico School District as a Learning Support Teacher, supporting special needs students through inclusive practices. Academic credentials include an Ed.D in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, Principal Certification from Penn State University, and a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction.
