Paul Parsons

Paul joined in November 2020. With a background in criminal legal aid, Paul’s work for the past 22 years has concentrated mainly on Police officers and The Police Federation of England & Wales. Paul works now almost exclusively in the area of police law.

Between 1998-2000 Paul was part of the team that worked on the anti corruption investigation in the Metropolitan Police under the codename ‘Operation Russia’. Ten years later he was also in the new team that convinced The Criminal Cases Review Commission (CCRC) to send the case to the The Court of Appeal. The Court of Appeal quashed the conviction and sent the case for retrial to the Central Criminal court where the two appellants were successful.
