Alicia Carpenter

Alicia Carpenter is a seasoned professional in product development and marketing with extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Hempz since April 2023, Alicia previously held the position of Account Manager at Mary Kay Global from September 2021 to March 2023. Alicia's diverse career includes significant roles such as Marketing Director and Marketing Manager at Colour Collective, and Partner Relationship Manager at ICMAD, where Alicia represented the organization at major trade shows and coordinated events.
