Cvetomira Balabanova

Cvetomira Balabanova has had a diverse range of work experience in the travel and airline industry. Cvetomira started their career as a Sales Agent at Malincho International in 2007, and later worked as a Travel Agent at Usit Colours Bulgaria in 2009 and Jet Set Travel Service from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they joined Bulgaria Air as a Reservation and Ticketing Agent, where they performed various tasks including issuing tickets, providing customer support, and handling refunds. Cvetomira then became a Revenue Manager at Bulgaria Air from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as an Accountant at Tavex Gold&Exchange before returning to Bulgaria Air as a Revenue Manager. Recently, in August 2021, they were promoted to the role of Head of Revenue Management at Bulgaria Air.

Cvetomira Balabanova has a diverse education history. Cvetomira obtained a Master's degree in Aviation Security from Rakovski National Defence College. Prior to that, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Mathematics Teacher Education at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski from 2020 to 2021.

In 2009, Cvetomira completed their first Master's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management at New Bulgarian University. Before that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from the University of Economics - Varna from 2004 to 2009.

Cvetomira'seducational journey began with their attendance at the Mathematical Highschool in Gabrovo from 1999 to 2004. Although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for their high school education, it provided their with a solid foundation.

In addition to their formal education, Cvetomira has obtained several certifications. Cvetomira received a Python - Programming Basics certification from Software University (SoftUni) in March 2021. In February 2018, they obtained an ISTQB Foundation Level certification, and in January 2018, they acquired a QA Certificate in Software Testing. Cvetomira also holds a Sabre Certificate from Sabre Bulgaria, obtained in March 2015, and an IATA/UFTAA Certificate from IATA International, Canada, obtained in March 2009. Lastly, they completed Amadeus Basic Functionalities training through Amadeus Bulgaria Ltd. in June 2008.
