Yelena Abovyan

Yelena Abovyan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founding CEO of HENAR - Health Network For Armenia since July 2021, Yelena previously held significant positions at IDeA Foundation Armenia, where responsibilities included Chief Executive Officer for Tourism & Urban Development and Chief Operating Officer. At Orange Armenia, Yelena excelled as Director for Products & Services and in Sales Operations & Support Management, overseeing team management and enhancing customer acquisition strategies. Yelena’s earlier experience includes Development Director and Project Manager at the <Star> Supermarket Chain, where notable achievements included the opening of multiple stores and the introduction of innovative business projects. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the International Accountancy Training Center and a Master's degree in International Economics from Russian-Armenian (Slavonic) State University.
