Nestor Rocha serves as the Vice President and Division Director at Hendall Inc. since December 2023, leading federal contract portfolios supporting public health agencies. Previously, Nestor was the Bureau Chief for the DC Department of Health's Prevention & Intervention/Harm Reduction Strategies and managed the Prevention bureau for the HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, STD, and TB Administration from 2008 to 2023. Nestor also held the role of Bureau Chief for the Counseling Testing and Referrals Bureau, overseeing HIV testing services in Washington, DC. Earlier in the career, Nestor worked at Whitman-Walker Clinic as the Regional Clinic Site Director and Division Director of Disease Prevention/Health Promotion, where responsibilities included developing clinic services and managing staff. Nestor holds a Master of Public Health degree from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mercy University.
