Susan Carlson

Susan Carlson has extensive experience in program management and operations within the federal contracting industry, focusing on health and technology solutions. Currently serving as Program Manager for Hendall Inc. since August 2019, Susan manages the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contracts, interfacing with the government and overseeing contract deliverables. Prior to this role, Susan held significant positions including EVP of the Health & Human Capital Division at Chickasaw Nation Industries, where management of a $20 million federal contract portfolio was a key responsibility, and Sr. VP & COO at A+ Government Solutions. Earlier career experiences at ICF International and IIT Research Institute included leadership roles in health and technology project management and research. Susan holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in Journalism from West Virginia University.
