Matthew Klingensmith, CIC, has over 18 years of experience in various operational roles at Henderson Brothers, Inc., starting in May 2005 as an Operations Specialist and advancing to titles such as Account Executive, Small Business Supervisor, Account Analyst, and Consultative Services Coordinator. Klingensmith specializes in web-based compliance services, focusing on federal and state regulations including FMLA, Form I-9/IRCA, employee manual review, and OSHA log assistance. Prior to Henderson Brothers, experience includes work as a Laborer/Carpenter at Bruce Clingan Builder, LLC, and as an Interim High School Youth Pastor at Christ Church at Grove Farm.
