(Shari) Herrle has over 28 years of experience in compliance and employee benefits, currently serving as Vice President and Director of Compliance at Henderson Brothers, Inc. since February 1995. In this role, Sharon L. Herrle ensures that clients receive essential education on federal and state regulations related to their welfare benefit programs while providing the necessary resources for compliant administration. Previous experience includes serving as a Health & Welfare Consultant, where Sharon L. Herrle managed accounts for mid-sized employers, implementing innovative technology and compliance solutions. Prior to Henderson Brothers, work included an Account Specialist position at Health America and a role as an Elementary School Teacher at King William County Schools in Virginia. Sharon L. Herrle holds a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management from Villanova University and a BSEd, Summa Cum Laude, from PennWest California.
