A. J. Giacobbe, CERP has a diverse work experience background in risk management and compliance. They most recently worked at Atlantic Union Bank as the Senior Vice President and Director of Wholesale Banking Risk & Compliance. In this role, they were responsible for leading risk and compliance initiatives for the Wholesale Banking Group and partnering with various departments. Prior to that, they held positions at Santander US, State Street, and Boston Private, where they gained experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, and operational risk management. They also have previous experience in investment banking operations and government relations compliance. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills, as well as the ability to identify and address operational and regulatory risks effectively.

J. earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on High Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Political Science with a concentration in American Politics from Rutgers University - Newark in 2009. A.J.
