Kianna Daye has a diverse work experience spanning several industries.

Their most recent role is at Henderson Collegiate, where they currently serve as the Director of Operations. Kianna also gained experience as an Educational Intern at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where they collaborated with teachers to develop instruction and classroom activities and worked with students to meet educational goals.

Kianna Daye attended Johnson C. Smith University (JCSU) from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study was Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies, with a dual concentration in Elementary Education and Dance. In addition to their academic qualifications, Kianna also holds several certifications. In September 2020, they received the Project Management Essentials Certified (PMEC) certification from the Management & Strategy Institute. During the same month, they also obtained a Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the same institution. Prior to these certifications, in May 2020, Kianna completed the Social Media Marketing Foundations course through LinkedIn.
