Kimberly Lassiter

Kimberly Lassiter is an experienced educator currently serving as the Founding Kindergarten Teacher at Henderson Collegiate since July 2016. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a K/1 Student Teacher at Club Blvd Magnet Elementary School, where engagement in monthly professional development and weekly MTSS meetings occurred, leading to the design of differentiated lesson plans through formative assessments. Earlier experience includes serving as a Resident Advisor at UNC Housing, focusing on enhancing student experiences and developing skills in problem-solving, communication, and event planning. Kimberly Lassiter holds a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 2016.
