Becca Wallisch Pratt

Becca Wallisch Pratt has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Becca currently works as a Parent Literacy Coach at Literacy Evolution LLC, where they help parents teach their children to read using evidence-based reading practices and a play-based approach. Becca also tutors children with dyslexia. Prior to this role, they were a Talent Development Specialist at Henderson Engineers since June 2022.

Previously, Becca worked as a Reading Specialist at USD 512 Shawnee Mission School District from July 2021 to June 2022. Before that, they were a Middle School Teacher at USD 231 from August 2019 to May 2021. Becca also held the role of Intermediate Teacher and Professional Development Specialist at USD 500 from August 2013 to August 2019.

Becca's teaching experience began as a Fourth Grade Teacher at Magdalen Catholic School from August 2012 to May 2013. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to education and has gained expertise in literacy coaching, talent development, and classroom teaching.

Becca Wallisch Pratt has a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, which they obtained from Emporia State University in 2014-2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Elementary Education and Teaching at Kansas State University from 2008 to 2012.
