Leighanne Montgomery has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Leighanne began their career at European University Cyprus as part of the Erasmus program, studying modules in International Business, Management, Sales, and Communication. Leighanne then worked as a Marketing Assistant at Automated Intelligence, where they contributed to the development of groundbreaking data lifecycle management solutions. Leighanne then joined Morrow Communications as a Trainee Communications Executive, managing PR accounts for high-profile clients and securing new business. Leighanne later became a Brand Ambassador at House of Fraser, specializing in homeware and providing exceptional customer service. Following this, Leighanne worked as an Ecommerce Executive and Accounts/Business Development Manager at 1to1Music Ltd, managing a high-growth micro e-commerce business. Leighanne then joined Veriteer as a Senior Consultant, utilizing their expertise in web design, digital marketing, and e-commerce to drive sales growth for retail businesses. At Export Technologies, Leighanne served as an Account/Ecommerce Manager, overseeing the account management and successful deployment of a new e-commerce site for a beauty makeup brand. Leighanne then joined Built For Growth Digital, formerly known as Export Technologies, as an Ecommerce Consultant and Facebook/Meta Paid Marketer, responsible for executing Meta (Facebook) advertising and providing e-commerce growth consultancy to clients. Leighanne is currently working at Henderson Foodservice Ltd. as the E-commerce Lead and Loyalty and B2C E-commerce Lead, driving growth through the company's e-commerce platform and championing customer experience.

Leighanne Montgomery completed their Liberal Arts degree in Business Studies, European Studies, and Humanities at St Mary's University College, Queen's University Belfast from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued A-Level and GCSE studies at Dominican College, Fortwilliam from 2002 to 2009.
