Phil Sallee

Phil Sallee is an experienced pastor with over three decades of ministry, currently serving as the Pastor of Discipleship and Community at Henderson Hills Baptist Church since June 2020. Previously, Phil held roles such as Minister of Pastoral Care at Prestonwood Baptist Church and Pastor at New Beginnings Church in Bixby, OK, where a commitment to making disciples for the Glory of God was emphasized. Phil's ministry has been characterized by a focus on biblical, transformational, missional, and relational values. Educational credentials include a Doctorate of Ministry from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Denver Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from The University of Tulsa. Early ministry experience includes youth pastoral roles at both Riverside Baptist Church and South Tulsa Baptist Church.
