Demetrius A. Smith, MSBCFM, Assoc AIA, LEED Green Assoc, is a seasoned architectural professional currently serving as the Senior Architectural Designer (Job Captain) at Hendrick since November 2021. As the Owner of M.D. Studios since 2017, Demetrius specializes in residential design and graphic design. Previous experience includes roles as Project Manager at HK Architects, where large-scale projects were designed and managed across Tennessee and Georgia, Designer at Rabun Architects, focusing on mixed-use hospitality projects, Designer at SRR and Associates, PC, for small to mid-scale projects, and Architectural Intern at the University of Tennessee, contributing to the first Utilities Master Plan. Demetrius holds a Master of Science in Building Construction & Facility Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
