Michael Holland

Michael Holland serves as the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Jeff Gordon, Inc. since August 2004 and holds the position of IP & Licensing Counsel at Hendrick Motorsports since August 2022. In this role, Michael oversees the legal aspects of the licensing department, including contracts and intellectual property management, representing Hendrick Motorsports in trademark and copyright licensing matters. Prior to these positions, Michael was General Counsel - Licensing at HGJ Licensing, LLC, where legal counsel was provided to a roster of NASCAR drivers. Michael also served as Corporate Counsel and Director of Motorsports Licensing at Action Performance Companies and began a legal career as an attorney at CMG Worldwide. Michael Holland earned a J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law and a B.S., cum laude, in History, Criminal Justice, and Criminology from Ball State University.
