Bob Christian

Bob Christian, CAPS, currently serves as the Vice President of Real Estate Management for the Central Region at Hendricks Commercial Properties since October 2023. As President Elect of the Board of Directors for the Apartment Owners & Managers Association of Wisconsin since March 2021, Bob has demonstrated leadership in the property management sector. Previous roles include Area Director at Village Green, Portfolio Manager at New Land Enterprises and Mandel Group, Inc., and Director of Property Management at Hunt Management Incorporated. Bob's extensive experience also encompasses marketing and leasing management at Inland American Apartment Management, where responsibilities included overseeing marketing strategies and conducting due diligence on acquisitions. Bob holds an Associate of General Studies in Business from the College of DuPage.
