Daniel Barkes

Daniel Barkes is a seasoned real estate development professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Economic Incentives and previous Vice President of Development for Hendricks Commercial Properties, Daniel has a strong track record in economic incentive procurement and the development of varied property types, including industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Prior roles include Development Coordinator for the City of Bryan and Director of Development at Lauth Property Group, where Daniel focused on real estate acquisition and customer relations. Early in their career, experience as a Site Engineer and Landscape Designer laid a solid foundation in project management and design. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from Purdue University.
