Karl Leo

Karl Leo is the current Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Hendricks Holding Company. Karl has held this position since 2020. Prior to this, they were a partner at the Leo Law Firm, LLC from 2014-2020. From 2010-2014, Karl was the General Counsel and Secretary at The Westmoreland Company, Inc. From 2007-2010, they were the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Gem Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Prior to that, from 2003-2007, Karl was an Associate at Duke University School of Law. Karl has also worked as a consultant for Capital Midwest Fund III.
