Christian Lenikus

Christian Lenikus, MBA, has extensive experience in IT leadership roles, starting in 1996 at Molex. Christian served as the Chief Technology Officer & Vice President, Global IT, overseeing IT infrastructure across 115 global locations and managing teams of up to 100 members. Christian later held roles such as Senior Director IT Operations, Director IT Infrastructure, and Manager of Worldwide Network Services. Their responsibilities included budget management, process improvement, and team leadership. In 2021, they joined Hendrickson as the Division IT Lead.

Christian Lenikus holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Information Science from Lees College. Christian then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Elmhurst University. Christian furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Benedictine University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including CISSP Certification, ITIL Foundation Certification, and Lean and Six Sigma from the Juran Institute.
