Will Shelton, PMP, possesses extensive experience in program management and engineering, currently serving as Plant Manager at Hendrickson Composites Dayton since June 2006, where responsibilities include leading the program management team and overseeing new product launches. Prior roles at Hendrickson include Division Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, recognized by the Governor of Illinois for site energy conservation and achieving a 10% energy intensity reduction across multiple facilities, and Maintenance Manager, where effective management of technical staff was prioritized. Will's earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Engineer at Jackson Tube Service, contributing to a new manufacturing facility's start-up, and serving as a VAX Computer System Technician while completing a BSEE at Wright State University.
