Lynnette White MA., BCBA has a diverse work experience in the field of exceptional education and behavior analysis. Lynnette has served as the Director of Exceptional Student Education and Student Services at HENDRY COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Behavior Analyst and Administrator of ESE and Student Services at the same company.

Before joining HENDRY COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, Lynnette worked as a National Consultant, BCBA at TeachTown from February 2014 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for RBT courses and training development. Additionally, they worked as a contractor part-time for TeachTown.

Lynnette also has experience as a Self-Contractor-BCBA Consultant at Bolton Behavioral Consulting, LLC from August 2010 to July 2017. Lynnette provided supervision and ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in home and community settings.

Prior to their work at Bolton Behavioral Consulting, Lynnette owned and operated Behavior Consultation and Therapy, where they served as a BCBA Consultant/Owner from January 2005 to January 2014. In this role, they provided consultation, training, and therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnoses.

Lynnette's early career includes working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Metro Nashville Public Schools from February 2003 to January 2014.

Lynnette White completed their education in a sequential manner. Lynnette began by attending Carson Newman from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Services. Following this, they pursued further studies at Webster University from 1998 to 2001, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Counseling. Lastly, in 2005-2006, they enrolled at the University of North Texas to complete additional courses toward certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.
