Dr. Sebastian Dworschak

Dr. Sebastian Dworschak is a Senior Associate at Hengeler Mueller since May 2017 and has also served as a Visiting Lawyer at Slaughter and May from March 2023 to September 2023. Previously, Dr. Dworschak gained experience as a Legal Clerk at the Düsseldorf Regional Court from January 2015 to February 2017 and worked as a Research Assistant at Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf within the Chair of Civil Law, German and International Corporate, Business and Antitrust Law from August 2011 to September 2015. Dr. Dworschak holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf, obtained from 2011 to 2014, and a Magister juris degree from the University of Konstanz, completed in 2011.
