Deena B. Copeland

Deena B. Copeland is a seasoned process improvement manager with extensive experience in lean manufacturing and organizational development. Since September 2016, Deena has been contributing to Hengst Filtration by defining and implementing systems that foster a bottom-up management culture and align with business KPIs, facilitating kaizens and workshops, and administering production training. Prior to that, Deena served at JTEKT North America Corporation from March 1996 to September 2016 in various roles, including Shift Coordinator and Plant Lean Specialist, focusing on productivity management and continuous improvement for multiple value streams. Deena's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Keiser University and certifications in lean practices and internal auditing.
