Mr. Tam Chi Kwan Michael (譚志昆), born in 1964, is our Independent Non-Executive Director and was appointed on 10 December 2010. Mr. Tam is currently the managing director of TLC CPA Limited, a firm of certified public accountants in Hong Kong and has more than 30 years of exper i ence in tax consulting and auditing. He holds an Honours Diploma in Accountancy from Lingnan University (formerly known as Lingnan College) in Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom.
Mr . Tam is a Certified Public Accountant (practising) and a Certified Tax Advisor in Hong Kong. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Accountants (England and Wales) and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
