Dominik Anderhofstadt

Dominik Anderhofstadt has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dominik began their career as an intern at KPMG in 2006, specializing in corporate finance. In 2007, they worked as a student assistant at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, focusing on management accounting and controlling. In 2008, they interned at Beiersdorf, where they gained experience in regional controlling. Later that year, they joined EY as an intern, specifically in the mergers and acquisitions department. In 2009, Anderhofstadt joined Henkel as a regional controller, eventually assuming roles such as manager of business development and controlling for the Middle East and Africa. Dominik'smost recent position at Henkel was head of finance (CFO) and compliance officer.

Dominik Anderhofstadt completed their Master's in Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) with majors in Accounting, Controlling, and Finance at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 2003 to 2009. Dominik also participated in a Student Exchange Program in Management and Economic Sciences at the University of the Western Cape from 2005 to 2006. In 2017, they attended the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, for an Executive Education program called "Back to School Program Henkel." Dominik is currently enrolled in the Strategic Development Program at IESE Business School, expected to be completed in 2023. Dominik has obtained additional certifications, including Compliance Management from the University of Cape Town in 2019 and the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification in 2017.
