Jennifer Schiavone has over two decades of experience as a senior strategic communications executive. Jennifer is the Vice President of Corporate Communications Americas at Henkel since 2018. Prior to this, they founded Schiavone Communication Strategies in 2016, where they provided strategic counsel to clients in various industries, including pharmaceuticals. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as the Head of Global Public Affairs at DuPont, where they led a global team and managed communication strategies during a period of restructuring and mergers. From 2009 to 2015, they held multiple roles at ITT, including Chief Communications Officer and Public Relations Director. Jennifer was responsible for developing communication plans, managing media engagement, and leading reputation programs. Jennifer also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University from 2013 to 2014, teaching critical business skills in corporate communication. Prior to that, they worked at PepsiCo as the Director of Communications, overseeing press strategy, reputation management, and communication planning for mergers. Earlier in their career, they held positions at General Electric, International Paper Company, Gannett Co, Inc., and the Broome County Chamber of Commerce.

Jennifer Schiavone obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications - PR and Broadcasting from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. In 2021, they earned a Certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online.
