Ron Horwitz began their work experience in 1997 as a Senior Chemist at Imperial Adhesives. Ron was promoted to technical leader for a business unit before leaving in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Senior R&D Chemist at Sovereign Specialty Chemicals, managing technical responsibility for various product lines. Ron then joined BASF as a Technical Specialist, responsible for adhesive formulations and customer support. In 2011, Ron became an R&D Manager at Dyna-Tech Adhesives and Coatings, where they managed development teams, collaborated with marketing, and expanded product lines. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a New Product Development Manager at Intertape Polymer Group, focusing on long-term projects and incorporating new technologies. Ron then took on the role of Vice President of Quality and R&D at CCT (Coating & Converting Technologies) from 2017 to 2019, followed by the position of General Manager until 2023. Currently, they work as a Principal Application Engineer at Henkel.

Ron Horwitz completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Emory University in 1990. Ron then pursued a Doctorate of Philosophy in Physical Chemistry at the University of Cincinnati from 1990 to 1996. Later, they earned an MBA in Business Management from Wake Forest University School of Business, completing it in 2009.
