Thiago Rufino

Thiago Rufino has extensive experience in various roles in the manufacturing and engineering field. Thiago started their career at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort as a Center Activities Leader in 2004 before moving on to Corn Products Brasil as a Project Engineer in 2005. Thiago then joined Iharabras SA Industrias Químicas as a Project Engineer Sr. in 2008, followed by Syngenta where they served as an Engineering Coordinator and later as a Project Engineer Sr. from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 onwards, Thiago worked at Henkel, where they held several positions including Manufacturing Engineering Manager LAS, Head of Manufacturing Engineering LAS & Operations Development Lead LAS, Plant Manager & Head of Manufacturing Engineering LAS, Plant Manager & Head of Manufacturing Engineering LATAM, Head of Operations LAS & Head of Manufacturing Engineering LATAM, and most recently as the Head of Operations LAN. Thiago's breadth of experience demonstrates their expertise and leadership in the field.

Thiago Rufino holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from FIA Business School, where they specialized in International Executive MBA. Thiago also pursued further MBA studies at SDA Bocconi, University of Cambridge, Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, and Harvard Business School. Thiago also obtained a Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt Certification from Qualiplus+. Prior to their MBA studies, they completed a Post-Graduation in Project Management at Fundação Vanzolini and a Post-Graduation in Business Strategy and Management at Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Thiago Rufino's undergraduate education was in Chemical Engineering at UFSCar - Alumni.
