Adeela Khatoon

Adeela Khatoon is an accomplished PRISM Associate Applications Engineer at Henkel, with experience in managing multiple projects and conducting experiments to optimize product performance and operational capabilities. Prior experience includes working as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where Adeela utilized CFD analysis for fluid dynamics studies, and as a Residence Coordinator, managing logistics for events and maintaining resident relations. Adeela also served as an EOF Counselor and Tutor, leading and supporting underprivileged students through engineering coursework while ensuring a 100% pass rate. Certified in CPR and First Aid, Adeela possesses strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University.
