Allan Chang

Allan Chang is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Director for 漢高 (Henkel Consumer Brands) since September 2019, Allan oversees a brand marketing team responsible for renowned brands including Persil寶瀅, Schwarzkopf施華蔻, and Shiseido professional資生堂美髮, achieving business turnaround and sustained double-digit growth. Prior to this role, Allan was the Senior Product Manager at Alcon from November 2014 to September 2019, where a successful brand marketing strategy led to continuous growth and recognition as a global top-three medium country in 2019. Earlier experiences include product management at 南僑化學工業股份有限公司, establishing leading brands in the nature detergent segment, and a marketing specialist role at 生寶臍帶血 Healthbanks Biotech co., where engagement programs were developed for the cord blood insurance sector. Allan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human & Social Science from National Tsing Hua University.
