Andrea Becher

Andrea Becher has over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer reputation, and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, Leadership, Learning & Culture at Henkel since October 2015, Andrea also leads initiatives focusing on employer reputation and corporate citizenship. Prior to joining Henkel, Andrea was a Business Director and Senior Consultant at Ketchum Pleon GmbH, where responsibilities included business development and managing internal communications, with notable consultancy work for Bayer CropScience that won the FEIEA Grand Prix in 2010.
