Dolores Alker

Dolores Alker is a seasoned professional in supply chain innovation and new product introduction with a notable career spanning several companies in the beauty care sector. Currently serving as Director of Supply Chain Innovation at Henkel since October 2017, Dolores oversees New Product Introductions for the Beauty Care division across North and Latin America, focusing on portfolio management, sustainability, and process standardization. Prior to this role, Dolores held positions that included Head of New Product Introduction and Contract Manufacturing, as well as leadership roles in sourcing, procurement, and project management at Sexy Hair Concepts. Dolores's earlier experience also includes operations management and business analysis at Aware Products. Academically, Dolores holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition Sciences and a Bachelor of Applied Science from California State University, Northridge.
