Dr. Viktoria Ritter

Dr. Viktoria Ritter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR strategy and leadership development, currently serving as the Manager of Global Leadership & Culture Transformation at Henkel since January 2021. Dr. Ritter's role encompasses project management and stakeholder engagement worldwide, focusing on initiatives such as Leadership Diagnostics, the Iceberg Initiative, and promoting an open feedback culture. Prior to this position, Dr. Ritter held the role of PhD Researcher and Scientific Consultant at Steinbeis-Hochschule School of Management and Innovation from January 2016 to December 2020, managing consulting projects in learning and development while leading research in strategic marketing. Additional previous roles include event hostess and market research analyst, contributing to diverse industries including automotive and software. Dr. Ritter earned a PhD in Economics from Steinbeis Hochschule and holds degrees from the Hasso Plattner Institute, Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, and Deutsche Pop Akademie Berlin.
