Lauren Maldonado has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Baylor Scott & White Health since January 2015, Lauren has progressed through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Recruiting Team Lead, and Sr. Recruiter, all focused on Nursing and Clinical Support Services. Prior to this, Lauren worked as a Recruiter at Mosaic from November 2011 to January 2015 and served as a Human Resources Specialist in the US Army from August 2005 to January 2010.
