Konstantin Benda

Konstantin Benda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of business development, product development, and research and development, primarily at Henkel since February 2010. As a Senior Transaction Manager and Member of the Supervisory Board, Konstantin has led various projects focused on technological innovations and market entries in Asia and Africa. Prior roles at Henkel include Senior Manager of Transaction Services and Purchasing Manager for Business Development. Konstantin's earlier experience includes serving as Regional R&D Manager and Manager R&D, where responsibilities encompassed project coordination for the Laundry & Home Care sector and the international development of raw materials. Before joining Henkel, Konstantin was a Teacher of Pharmacology, Chemistry, and Physics. Konstantin holds a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Technische Universität Clausthal and has also studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
