Raffi Krikorian

Raffi Krikorian is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in overseeing Health, Safety, and Environmental operations across multiple regions. Currently serving as the Global Facilities Manager at Henkel since October 2004, Raffi reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations and has been instrumental in selecting, planning, and negotiating contracts for key facilities, including the headquarters in Irvine, CA. Prior experience includes a role as Facilities Engineer at Nobel Biocare, where responsibilities encompassed managing construction projects, developing space plans, and implementing lean manufacturing practices, significantly reducing lead times. Earlier in the career, Raffi worked as an Engineering Technician at Allergan, contributing to packaging design and internal logistics. Raffi holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California Coast University.
