Rossy Vidian S. serves as the Global Head of Market Strategy for the Personal Hygiene Business at Henkel since May 2020, leading a diverse team across multiple regions including Europe, North America, and Asia. Previously, Rossy held the role of Regional Market Strategy for APAC in the Consumer Goods Adhesives Business, focusing on strategic marketing initiatives for the region. Earlier experience includes serving as Country Marketing Head for Henkel Indonesia, as well as senior and managerial positions in marketing at companies such as Saint-Gobain and 3M, where Rossy developed comprehensive marketing strategies and projects. Rossy began the career as a Business Development Analyst at PT Bukit Asam (Persero) Tbk and has significant academic credentials, including an MBA in Marketing Management from Universitas Prasetiya Mulya and a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Yogyakarta.
