Stefano Casati

Stefano Casati is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Excellence and Customer Collaboration at Henkel since March 2020. In this role, Stefano coordinates forecasting processes (S&OP) to optimize inventory levels and maintain high customer service standards while ensuring timely product launches. Prior to Henkel, Stefano worked at Trading Group S.R.L. as Operation Manager, overseeing various functions including Purchasing, Product Development, and Supply Chain, focusing on continuous improvement. Stefano has also held multiple roles at L'Oréal from 2004 to 2016, including Customer Care & Credit Manager, Project Manager, Demand & Supply Chain Manager, Change Manager, and Supply Planner & Portfolio Manager, contributing to customer service strategies and efficient supply chain operations. Stefano began career in planning at Blockbuster and holds a degree in Business Administration from Università Bocconi.
