Terry Solberg is currently a Principal Applications Engineer specializing in Automotive Electronics and eV Battery at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA since February 2021. Previously, Terry served as the Global Technology Head for Thermal Products at Henkel from January 2017 to February 2019, and spent over 16 years at The Bergquist Company as the Director of Product Management for the Thermal Products Division. Earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Mechanical Engineer focused on Thermal Design at Artesyn Technologies and Zytec Corporation, as well as undergraduate studies at the University of North Dakota. Terry holds an Executive Education degree from the Minnesota Management Institute at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
