Yingxin

Yingxin Ma currently serves as a Senior Manager-Asia R&D Advanced Research Lead at 汉高 since November 2020, prior to which Yingxin held the position of Principal Scientist at Oriflame Cosmetics from October 2019 to November 2020. Yingxin's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Scientist at Johnson & Johnson Consumer China from July 2014 to September 2019, where significant contributions included initiating anti-pollution projects and introducing global Aveeno products into the Chinese and Asia Pacific markets. Yingxin also undertook a role as a Management Trainee, developing in vitro methodologies for product evaluation and identifying nature extracts with beneficial effects on skin health, resulting in three granted patents related to new nature actives. Yingxin holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Biology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Shandong Normal University.
