Jim Duffy

Jim Duffy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and corporate sales. Currently retired, Jim served as Regional Vice President East and held multiple vice president roles at Henkels & McCoy from 2003 to 2024, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Operations. Prior to this, Jim held several managerial positions within Henkels & McCoy from 1989 to 2002, focusing on corporate sales, marketing, and government contracts. Jim began the career as a Senior Cost Analyst at GE Aerospace from 1985 to 1989. Educationally, Jim earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from La Salle University and a BA in Accounting from Holy Family University.
