Henriette Malherbe

Henriette Malherbe (PhD) is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business coaching, facilitation, and research. Currently, Henriette serves as a Business Coach, Facilitator, and Researcher in Johannesburg since 2000, and as a Faculty Member and Executive Fellow at Henley Business School - Africa since 2019. Additionally, Henriette has been an Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator at Connemara since 2005, focusing on leadership development programs and courageous leadership conversations. Henriette's educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Behaviour from the University of Pretoria and various certifications in neuroscience and group dynamics. Past roles include Change Management Consultant at Apex Technologies and Student Development Officer at Cape Town University of Technology, where initiatives such as the Women in Leadership programme were launched.
