Masterclass Instructor at Hennepin Arts

Peter Rothstein is the Founding Artistic Director of Theater Latté Da, a non-profit theater established in 1998 that focuses on creating exceptional music-theater, nurturing talent, and building community. In addition to leading Theater Latté Da, Peter serves as the Director for the Off-Broadway production of All Is Calm: The Christmas Truce of 1914 at The Sheen Center and works as a Stage Director for Minnesota Opera, overseeing several area premieres. Peter has conducted masterclasses at Hennepin Theatre Trust and other institutions, and has experience as a freelance director at prominent theaters including Children's Theatre Company, Illusion Theater, and Guthrie Theater. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theater and Music from Saint John's University and a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Arts Direction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
