Jeanette Hagen

Jeanette Hagen is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee and labor relations. Currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations/Labor Relations Business Partner at Hennepin Healthcare, Jeanette's previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Options Minnesota and Human Resources Manager at Restoration Counseling & Community Services (RCCS). Additionally, Jeanette has held positions as a Human Resources Manager focused on recruitment, benefits, employee relations, and operations at Integrated Home Care, which is part of the HealthPartners Family of Organizations. Jeanette also has experience as a faculty member at the University of Phoenix. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Management from Metro State University.
