Matt Hammer

Matt Hammer has extensive experience in pharmacy management and operations, currently serving as the Community Clinics Pharmacy & Operations Manager at Hennepin Healthcare since January 2012, overseeing offsite clinic pharmacies. Previous roles include Employee & Transplant Pharmacy Supervisor and Outpatient Pharmacist, where responsibilities involved managing services for infectious disease and addiction medicine clinics. Matt was a voting member of the DHS ADAP Formulary Committee from October 2012 to March 2020, contributing to recommendations for the AIDS Drug Assistance Program.
